Hello, my current private student loan repayment is over 1000 a month with Sallie Mae and it is becoming very challenging. Has anyone ever gone through sofi to refinance or any other company to help lower monthly payments?
Like 12 years ago I refinanced from Sallie Mae to Sofi and it helped a bunch. Brought down my payment to something reasonable. Definitely worth a consideration.
I remember they had referrals and would get both you and the person referring you $300 so look for that if they still have it. I bet someone on Reddit has a link for you. Check the sofi sub if there’s one
