Hello!
Next spring, I will begin student teaching and be unable to work due my universities policies. Unfortunately, I do not have any money resources expect for my savings. Here’s the catch… I am currently in a debt free program, they cover my tuition and books. Is there a way to get a private student loan that my university will not know about so I can keep my scholarship? I am so unaware of any of this. Thank you

Is your cost of attendance being met? https://studentaid.gov/help-center/answers/article/what-does-cost-of-attendance-mean
You can’t get student aid in excess of your cost of attendance. Student loans are sent first to the school. Then the school offers any refunds.
I suggest doing some investigations about what your peers have done in the past. Certainly saving up $$$ over the summer should be on the table.
