My spouse has had a grad plus loan in the past but started a new program and they gave her an unsubsidized loan without a grad plus loan. Can she decline that and get a grad plus loan so shes grandfathered in?
Can you decline a direct unsubsidized loan to get a grad plus loan before the cutoff?
