Do mortgage brokers even exist anymore?

Genuinely trying to search on google and all it is are scammy mortgage search sites like bankrate or banks pushing me their loan officers, where the hell do you find a real mortgage broker anymore? I just want to see if wholesale rates can beat out the indivudal ones I've found
