Anyone buy something from Target Certified Refurbished?

Is Target Certified Refurbished a good buy?

Looking to buy some Beats headphones and they have a really good price on them, I never knew Target even did refurbished

Is it just open-box or do they have a team that inspects, tests and refurbishes?

They also have a 1 year warranty so worth the risk?
