In 2018, the founder of the crypto exchange QuadrigaCX, Gerald Cotten, reportedly died suddenly while traveling in India.
The strange part is that he was supposedly the only person who had access to around $190 million in cryptocurrency wallets.
After his death, thousands of users couldn't access their funds anymore.
Some people believe the story is suspicious. A few even claim he might have faked his death and disappeared with the crypto.
Others say it was just an unfortunate accident and conspiracy theories started because people lost their money.
