I worked for a small college that spent over 4 mil per year on energy, they sent out an email blaming all the lowest employees, then didnt change any operative processes including leaving all the HVAC and lights on overnight suring off terms, as well as never turning on their fuxking free, paid for, already existing massive wind turbine.
