I'm on 4/24. Should i wait for CSP offer to Apply for Citi AA offer

Hello, Im on 4/24, should o wait for a CSP (elevated offer, i never had this card before) or apply for the Citi AAdvantage 80k Offer spend 1k, that expires end of March? https://www.reddit.com/r/CreditCards/s/hFu3BjpwkW
The purpose is to get the best value for future travel, even though AA is not a hub for my closest airport but i find the promotion very attractive to exchange those points with another one world partner.

Could play for time and apply for, say, CIP or the Citi AA biz card.
