In this video, I’ll be going over the differences between Cryptocurrency investing and real estate investing as well as the pros and cons of each strategy. By the end of this video, you’ll understand the different risks and will be able to decide which investment strategy is right for you!

Cryptocurrency investing is more volatile with a higher chance of making huge profits or losing your entire investment! Cryptocurrency investing is also risky because you need to be technologically savvy. If you’re investing in Cryptocurrencies and you make a 1 character typo while transferring funds to another wallet, those cryptocurrencies will be lost forever! However, you’re able to invest in cryptocurrencies all by yourself. You don’t need a team and won’t need to involve other people.

Real Estate Investing is a team sport. You need a good lender, agent, property manager, and contractor. Real estate investing won’t have the crazy highs or crazy lows that you see in the crypto space, so it won’t make you a billionaire overnight, but it generally appreciates over time and it’s one of the best sources to get consistent passive cashflow. Real estate investing also has some amazing tax benefits and you’re able to buy your investments with leverage (typically up to 80%).
