    4. I would argue the suit should be against the seller. Selling his business Musk was certainly not in the interests of the investors. Yeah, Musk fucked it up. But shouldn’t the former owner have had the foresight? Idk man.

      What exactly are they entitled to? $44B ended up being higher than every third party mark on the company (Fidelity marked at $10B).
