I am getting requote for my insurance and my agent had inquired about two claims that have been filed and asked if these have been resolved. I've never filed a claim and am not aware of any claims – what can I do about this?

Did the agent say when the claims were? Was it on the property you currently own or a prior one? Were they while you were living in the home?
The agent should be able to give you details of when the claims were filed, if they show they are closed, how much was paid and basic cause (hail, fire, water, theft, etc). Sometimes the cause is “other” just means it didn’t fall under those categories. If you bought your home within the past 3-5 years then possibly they belong to the prior owner. In that case if you don’t know the details, then that’s what you tell the agent.
They could be claims filed by a previous owner.
