DP: Successful Product Change to OG Chase Freedom today (3/22/2026)

Today I called up chase to see if Product changing to the OG freedom card was still a thing. I said "I would like to product change my sapphire preferred card" they asked which card I wanted to changed it to and I said "Freedom with ultimate rewards" and the agent knew exactly what I was talking about and it was changed and reflected in the chase app almost instantly.

I was also able to product change a Citi double cash to get a second custom cash card today, which I did in the Citi app.
