So I am a technical founder of a company that requires several different platforms for the user base and also platforms for different internal teams all built in house. we have been building for some time now 4ish years of constant feature add and improvements. I have been getting tired of dev taking several months and some pushback when trying to roll out new features and platforms. So I decided to take the build stack and make a template. Started adding features to the template and it became a full on dev environment that interacts with our entire system. Now I can roll out a new platform in about 10 minutes with admin control and backend integration and use the internally hosted ai for deving faster. I showed it to a few people in my coworking space and they have already offered licensing and subscription to use it. Pretty cool.
Just bragging, but I may start making it production level and sell it. But idk if it's worth the time. So for the sake of viability. How many of you would subscribe, license, or hire for a fully customizable platform/saas that you can implement over night. Not trying to sell it just yet just wondering if it would.

This is one of those things that sounds amazing internally but gets messy once other people touch it.
I’ve seen a few “10 min setup” tools and the bottleneck usually shifts to edge cases, integrations, and debugging in real environments. That’s where most of the time goes, not the initial spin up.
If people are already offering to pay, that’s a good signal, but I’d probably test it with a few external users first and track how long they actually take to go live vs your 10 min baseline. That gap usually tells you how productizable it really is.
