Please help understand loan count. Issue with Mohela and Student Aid

Hello. My sister-in-law's loans due suddenly disappeared on Mohela. She now only owes for 1 loan that is less than $5000. But StudentAid.gov shows her still owing $90,000. Can you help explain from the following "backdoor" counts if any of the 3 loans actually is forgiven and under what program? She is in line for PSLF.
