I figured two 5% cash backs for specific categories and a 2% catch-all for everything else would be pretty solid.
What, if anything, am I missing?
In the process of switching to Cash Back. I’m rocking Fidelity Visa, Citi Custom Cash, and Amazon Prime Visa. What am I missing, if anything?

AMEX BCP for groceries and streaming. If you already have Disney plus/hulu it pays for the AF
What are your spend categories?
I agree on the grocery hole. Don’t know what your spend is like, but also look at the Citi Premier, Wells Fargo Autograph, or the AAA cards to boost some other categories.
Stated differently, you have a good 2% base card, and two great 5% cards, but you are missing some easy 3% and 4% options in the middle.
That’s a good start. I personally don’t think you need any cards with annual fees like the BCP because when you factor in the annual fee you make less than 5%, but you might consider the upgrade/downgrade game they play between the BCP/BCE so you never have to pay a fee. DP’s tell us this works.
A few cards you might consider are the US Bank Altitude Connect, US Bank Cash+, Chase Ink Cash, Wells Fargo Attune, and Discover It Cash Back. Those are all cards that earn 4-5% on certain categories and come from big banks with good customer experience.
US Bank Cash+ to get 5% cash back on 2 categories/quarter on up to $2k spend, like utilities/mobile phone service/internet service.
Target Red Card to get 5% cash back at Target (if you shop at target).
Savor for Groceries and Streaming, and Amex Blue Cash for the Disney bundle.
Costco credit card- 5% gas from Costco, 4% gas stations, 3% restaurants and travel (5% if Exec member on Costco travel portal) , 2%(4% executive member) at Costco.
PS Costco travel portal is actually good unlike most travel portals
