Who approved this money? Certainly not Congress, and they hold the purse strings.
I’m gonna call my senator and congressman and demand they do something about this. This is a messed up way beyond the law that Trump can give away $1B of our money with no oversight.
I wonder how much will be going back into someone’s pocket, through a lobbyist.

We all know that there will be no way to enforce this french company to invest in USA oil and nat gas right? We have seen this type of thing play out several times with this administration.
