Refinancing non-title IV private student loans

So, I find myself graduating with a lot of loans from a non-title IV medical school, I luckily matched into a good residency and have an offer letter. I tried sofi and earnest and they saiid they won't refinance from my school. Has anyone had a similar experience and had any luck?

I tried citizens bank but they don't accept applications where I'm from and they reject me for the credit cards. Thanks in advance!
