      Tough one. Since you don’t have insurance you need to go in batting for yourself, which I think means getting your own lawyer to properly fight their denial. They deny it and the next step is a legal process which you probably can’t do yourself.

      Imo it’s getting to the point where you’re probably better off just cutting your losses and signing the car over to the repair people…(depending on what it is I guess)

      You could rack up some big bills with the lawyer and even then you might not win and you’d then be left with legal fees and an even larger debt to the repair people.
