Anyone know how zoo memberships code with the Elan Max Cash Preferred? I have entertainment as one of my 5% categories and assumed it would code as such. I was at the zoo last week and used the card to buy some snacks, thinking it would code that way. Came through as SSA Milwaukee County and the category was Card, Gift, Novelty and Souvenir Shops. I need to renew my membership at a different zoo (Brookfield) and assumed it would be entertainment, but not so sure now. Anybody do zoo memberships with this card?

I’m totally not sure since it really depends on what their payment processor categorize itself. Based on AwardWallet, I see that Brookfield Zoo Web shows as Entertainment twice. SSA Brookfield Zoo as Other- Gov. It shows Zoo City Treats and Brookfield IL as groceries, and SSA Brookfield Zoo, and B Zoo Development Brookfield IL as Dining. Of course, this might not be what the payment process goes by.
