Q1 was heavy on foundation: validated a product concept with real users instead of assumptions, grew a niche community for builders from scratch called r/repyoursidehustle, and built 2 apps that are in testing. Not glamorous but the compounding started.
Q2 goal: first paying customer on one product and 500 engaged community members. Execution quarter, no more planting.

This year is the first year when I turned my small business into a full time job. Ups and downs but I’m happy. I do watches that don’t tell time, they just say NOW, mindfulness reminders to be present here and now
