Hi, hope you’re doing well.

A little about me, I’ve been running two agencies for a while now and they’re doing pretty good and currently working on bookkeeping and financial services . I’ve worked with international clients for years, managing projects, teams, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Recently I started exploring more into the tech and AI space and I’m looking to build something long term.

I come from a developing country where costs are lower, but I don’t believe in competing on being cheap. I know cheap work is replaceable. What really matters is trust, reliability, and clear communication, and that’s something I’ve built my work around over the years.

The idea I’m working on is not about doing everything at once. I want to focus on one niche, do it really well, and then expand step by step. The direction is around helping companies that need reliable support, either by building teams for them or managing work as a long term partner. Not just random freelancers, but proper structure, systems, and consistency.

I know there are many businesses already doing similar things. There are so many products in the market too, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make it work. It really depends on your marketing, positioning, and operations. That’s something I’ve learned and worked on over time.

I’m looking for someone who has experience in business or tech, ideally based in the US, someone who communicates well, has a proven background, and possibly good connections. Someone who can also be the front face of the business and help bring in the first few opportunities. Also would love to discuss with people who might be interested either with my agencies niche or something new

Also, if someone is not looking to be a cofounder but wants to collaborate for their own business or needs a reliable team or support, I’m open to that as well. Happy to connect either way.
