Right now is obviously a good buy to time, but I guess in case the orange decides to deploy ground troops, things will go further south. Should I use the current dip or wait and see what happens over the weekend?
I want to buy Alphabet. Should I do it now or wait till Monday in case Donnie escalates things in Iran over the weekend?

Then you will keep waiting. Can’t predict a perfect mania
If troops are deployed it would be even worse for stocks so sincerely idk. Trump continues to say conflicting things every two hours so idk
Half now and half Monday?
Bombing is planned for Friday.
He’s going to deploy troops 100%
It’s the exact same thing that happened before the bombing started, US amassed units near the borders saying talks were going fine only to strike after the markets closed
Might not hurt to give it a week…
Jesus you all make me want to short Google with your fomo.
I think President Trump wants to deescalate. The alleged negotiations he cited was a form of deescalation. Before that he put a gun to their head threatening to destroy their energy industry. At the same time he is keeping his attack dog Netanyahu on a tight lease. The tail (Israel) is not wagging the dog (United States). The financial markets seem to be Trump’s only guardrail; he wants to create the conditions where Pam Bodi can report the Dow is over 50.
Trump is like a blundering version of Dirty Harry. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
This is a question for r/wallstreetbets – this is gambling without probability mathematics to provide a level of insight.
Buy now or regret later. Shouldn’t wait if you feel now is the perfect time bruhh
the 5-day pause on iran power plant strikes expires literally this weekend, so the timing question is actually real this time. personally i’d split it, buy a partial position now and leave dry powder in case monday opens ugly
“Obviously a good time to buy” is a statement that rarely ages well
90$ would be a good price
Never try to time the market
Always buy on Friday.
Wait
Look at the 5-year chart. Focus on that not day to day price fluctuations.
