For those who’ve launched NFT projects:

How did you handle the full process — from collection generation, smart contract deployment, mint page setup, staking, to post-launch management/monitoring?

Did you use one platform or had to stitch together multiple tools?

I’m especially curious:

• Which parts were the most painful or time-consuming?
• What broke or caused the most stress during launch?
• What do you wish was much easier or more automated?
