I come on here at lunch everyday and see a lot of redditors within this niche always talking about getting screwed over by some big IMO because they did not know what they were getting into in terms of what you are able to sell and furthermore, how little their IMO actually help it's agents write more cases, and just in general how IMOs have not helped them. So I am bringing up my IMO here in the midwest, completely independent we work with 30+ carriers, we have an incredible CRM software with a built in Roth-Conversion software within that agents can plug case details into and it shows you exactly how it will work out for your client, and a floor of guys (My job) that are here for doing your illustrations, sending you the top options in the market for your clients needs (because we have no influence to any one carrier at all), and just always ready for phone calls when things within a case need to be edited or something changed with the client. We also have a fantastic mentorship program where we teach agents the entire process of a seminar selling system to prospects that was implemented after COVID and has worked very well since then for agents getting more people actually interested in why an annuity could be right for them. Our owners have a combined 50 years of experience, and we prosper because our agents' clients genuinely get sold the best product possible for their needs, and our agents have a guy all year long to provide what you need.
