Just did a bofa product change from CCR to UCR

Last time I called they wouldn’t let me do it. I’m platinum honors and spend a good amount a year 100k+ on my card so the quarterly caps of the ccr were limiting me on the high end purchases and I’m kind of a minimalist and just wanted one card instead of thinking and being strategic. I didn’t want to apply from scratch and I wanted to keep my same limits and not ding my credit so I felt a product change was ideal for my situation. I called and they easily let me do it this time.
