I'm guessing that Oil and US dollar will go up and Gold, Silver, bonds and stocks will go down? Gold and Silver will get destroyed I assume whilst Oil goes crazy? I'd assume that it prolongs rather than shortens the war.

I don’t think anything will happen on that island, it’s a decoy for the Americans. But if something were to happen I think China would be pretty pissed if Iran decides to self destruct the oil.
China is having a good time supporting Iran from the sidelines because of their oil, if Iran bombs their own oil fields because of an American attack that intentionally does not bomb them, China loses any reason to help Iran in any way
