Moving from Asia to Europe as a student, what should I pack from here to support a frugal life?

Hi I will be moving from Asia to Europe (Belgium) in September 2026.

As a student my scholarship fund will be the main way i will have income during my 2 year masters.

What are things that i could buy in Asia here to hopefully save money in the long run in Europe?

I will have 23 kg+ carry on to bring all the things I need so it will be tough to decide what is packed and what i will buy once i get there.
