At least the lessons are being learned and some good will come of it. Hopefully it won’t be undone the second prices drop back.

Would’ve been far better and effective if they did that immediately, they should’ve been doing this years ago given the amount of new houses they’ve been mindlessly plopping all over the place and with the sheer amount they’ll be plopping all over the place from now to 2028
