Wow did Credit One Bak make it difficult to cancel the Platinum Visa card.

I also have their no annual fee American Express card, so I didn’t want the Platinum with the $95 a year annual fee anymore. They held me on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to get me to keep that Platinum. I told them if they quit giving me the run around I’ll keep the American Express one(Since there’s no annual fee), but if they kept beating around the bush I’d cancel both cards.
