Insurance help (South Africa)

I've heard that Pineapple Insurance is a really good, especially because you don't need to do any phone calls and can just do everything on the app or on whatsapp.

I don't know if it is too good to be true? (This is not a promotional post) I'm honestly just looking to see if what they say is true, does anyone have advice for me?
