“Bad” is subjective and means something different to everyone. You are young enough that you could do the 10 years for PSLF, have it wiped out in your 30s, and move on with your life.

It sucks to be in debt. But if you can make 10k more a year with the degree(s) that you earned with the debt, it will take you about 7 years to come out ahead.
I don’t know what the job market is for your talents, but it’s easy to imagine that over the course of your career, the differential may be a lot more than 10k.
So your situation is only bad if you’re not finding an okay job, or if you’ve got other issues that haven’t been mentioned.
