Best 0% Apr card with longest length and highest limit possible?

About 10 years ago I had the citi simplicity which was 21 months and I believe I had either a 15k or 30k limit. I haven’t looked into these cards since then but I would like to strategically float my taxes going forward and would like the longest and highest terms. Fico score is 850. Income 500k-1m range. Can any cc apr experts let me know my options? Thx!
