Popping positive on a drug test is zero tolerance. So you don’t know anyone who’s had it 2-3 times and got to stay in. DUI is also not a drug offense. If you know anyone who popped and got to stay in then they fought the case and won. Only thing I’ve heard is to fight the chain of custody for your piss and if one thing was wrong that’s how those cases usually get thrown out.
But you messed up and you know it. Not sure why you’re expecting your chain of command to bend over backwards for you when now they’re going to be a man down because of your decision.
