It’s incredibly unlikely you’d find a plan that’ll do this.

Almost all purchased dental insurance will have a waiting period for major services.

The only coverage likely to cover wisdom teeth removal without a waiting period would be employer provided/group coverage.

But anything you go buy yourself is going to have a waiting period for this, they won’t just cover it immediately. Then nobody would buy coverage until right before they need it and that’s not how insurance is intended to work.

You are not going to find any product that will cover wisdom teeth removal at a decent percentage with no waiting periods. I have seen very few that will cover major services at 10 or 20 percent for the first year. Your best best would be ether employer coverage, medicaid or find a dental collage.

Another option would be to locate a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHCs) that offer dental services.
