I’m thinking about putting some money into tokenized real-world assets, but I’m not sure how they perform over the long term compared to traditional options. Things like digital gold or tokenized property seem interesting because you can own a share without dealing with physical storage or management.

I’ve seen platforms like Streamex, which offer digital tokens backed by real gold. It seems convenient, but I’m wondering how safe and reliable it is for long-term investment.

For those who have experience, which platforms do you think are best for investing in tokenized assets? Are there any you would recommend for holding assets over several years?

I’d like to hear your thoughts before deciding where to start.

Are tokenized assets like gold or real estate practical for long-term investing?

Tokenized assets work if custody is solid and regulatory framework clear. Long-term? Traditional gold/real estate still safer. Crypto adds counterparty risk most don’t consider until it’s too late.

what about pokemon cards? They seem to be the most liquid RWAs on chain. I’m like 70% serious.
