Just wait till the effects of fertilizer supply chain disruptions and climate change effects in the food supply migrate through the system and result in cascading catastrophes. People will wish their concern was gas prices.

It’s not building it’s already here. Even if everything went back to normal tomorrow it would take months to unfuck. And enough oil infrastructure has been damaged/destroyed that it can’t go back to the start even if the war just stopped.
And that’s not including the LNG market, which is already double plus fucked.

It’s over. He’s lost this war, has no way out; and is too cowardly to admit it to the American people. Gas prices and inflation will tell it for him. Now, Iran controls the Straight. They’ll destroy Kharg Island if grounds troops are deployed, in an act of mutually assured destruction. Most importantly; they have time. Three weeks, oil will most likely be $200 a barrel. Average us Fuel prices could easily be over $7 a gallon. Trump’s lies and spin no longer work or manipulate markets. He either resigns voluntarily or is removed in an attempt to avoid a depression, larger than America has ever experienced.
The US lost this war on day one. Attacking another country and killing their leadership in active negotiations; Twice, was the stupidest idea, and unfortunately, Americans and the rest of the world are going to feel the economic effects for a long time. Recklessness doesn’t resolve quickly.
