Recently saw an discourse around foreign doctors coming to the US and not trying to build out their economies that they come from. Wanted to know why is that not the case genuinely asking here.
Why do foreign workers like doctors and engineers come to the US and not stay home and build their economies?

A lot of people on here are saying it’s money and I think there’s certainly a lot of truth to it, but I’m disappointed in the lack of answers regarding opportunities for research and capital.
