My brother shared a video saying the Philippines is in a state of emergency and only has 45 days worth of fuel supply left. He says this can lead to America becoming even more richer if we sale our oil to countries/allies in similar situations.
Can america become richer by selling its oil to countries impacted by the U.S. “operation” in Iran?

Depends who you mean by “America ”
US oil company profits go up. Benefits executives and share holders, not so much everyone else.
Oil crisis can put us into recession, US government revenues decrease in recession. So US government doesn’t become richer either.
