Full context: The film was available on VOD only in the US. Long story short, I typed my CC information and the zip code was the only issue. So, I typed out a random NY zip code and I got charged. Will I get in trouble for that? Legally?

No. Nobody is coming after you for renting a movie. The worst case is YouTube notices the zip mismatch and refunds/cancels the rental. That’s it.
