Looking to book a Costco vacation which requires payment in full up front (can be partially refunded) but they only take Visa or Amex. I have a Chase INK business and personal Cap1 Venture. Looking for something ideally with a lower annual fee as I don't travel nearly as much as I used to.

The upper limit for 0AF card subs is in the $250 range. If you want more out of a sub, look at the $95 AF range where you can get $600-750 sometimes, then cancel it after a year or downgrade to 0AF card.
