Travel miles card – what is a good signing bonus these days

Not looking for a specific card recommendation. I’m looking for a card to earn miles this year to use for next year.

I’m looking for something with easily transferable miles, around a 100 dollar annual fee and a signing bonus after a 3-5k 3 month spend.

I have already identified a couple cards from this subreddit and other websites. The ones I am looking at have around 70k miles bonus. I’m not sure if I should hold out to see if they have a better signing bonus in the next few months.
