I have a new Citi Strata Premier card which has had multiple transactions stuck on pending from multiple different vendors for 4+ days now, which is rather odd because literally every single transaction has cleared in a max of 2 business days.
Will these count towards the sign up bonus requirement? Does Citi look at "Purchased On" or "Posted On" dates for the sign up bonus?
