Juggling a lot of balls in the air right now and not sure what actual professional’s I should consult for advice. Can it be one? Multiple? Dealing with probate and inheritance (already have probate attorney), also have a rental that I’m not sure what to do with and need help understanding Capital Gains and if I should sell or keep, and then what to do with likely inheritance after probate in regard to paying off debt and then investing appropriately.

What Type of Professional’s do I need to figure this all out?

A lot of it you can do on your own. Check out the sub wiki, theres lots of info there.
Otherwise what you’d be looking for is a Financial Advisor. But if you look for one, make sure you look for fee-only.

This is probably not a one person job. I’d keep the probate attorney for the estate side, talk to a CPA or tax advisor before you touch the rental or inheritance, and then use a fee only fiduciary CFP if you want help deciding payoff vs invest. The expensive mistake here is doing the tax moves in the wrong order, so I’d get the CPA involved before making any big sell or transfer decisions.
