Interesting solution to Russian economic issues. Instead of ending the war, and trying to stablize their economy as it switches from it’s war footing back to peace, the answer is make their population work 12 hrs a day in order to build goods and export O&G to sell on the cheap. It’s a strategy but doesn’t seem like it’s a winning one. Also seems like a great way to piss off the people.

Especially since it’ll be on the backs of immigrant workers. Russia imports so many low wage workers from India and Eastern Europe because of domestic labor shortages.
