I am considering the Amex Hilton credit cards given the current SUB.
Looks like the no AF card and Surpass card are the best to apply now given they both have a FNC as the SUB? Can I apply both at the same time?
Also any advice to use the $50/quarter surpass credit in an effective way?

I haven’t tried but I think Amex has a 1 in 5 (1 card per 5 days) and 2 in 90 (2 cards per 90 days) rule. So you may need to stagger your applications. Having an FNC as a SUB is amazing, and I wish I had applied for the Surpass this time around and not last year 🙁
As for the credit, it’s been difficult to easily use the credits now that gift cards are blocked. I use my credits for a $50 Starbucks gift card whenever I’m around Las Vegas.
