Curious what others have done here. For us it was lead follow-ups. Felt like a small thing but the time it freed up was way bigger than expected. Also noticed it removed a lot of mental load, not having to remember who to follow up with and when. What did you start with and would you do it differently now?

SEO analysis of the website, since it is our main source of leads. Instead of regularly buying SEO audits, we set up continuous review and ongoing auditing.
I tried automating a few things but realized pretty quickly not everything is worth automating.
