Insane. Disney doesn’t want anything to do with them. Gemini and Anthropic are already as good or better. There’s also no exclusivity to any of this even if they were way ahead.

If you listen closely, you can hear the sound of every venture capitalist in Silicon Valley sweating through their Patagonia vests.

    4. > A large portion of Amazon’s investment — $35 billion — is contingent on OpenAI going public or reaching the technological milestone of artificial general intelligence.

Amazon knows retail will baghold and there’s no way they put their cash without either summoning a God-like AI, or in case of crappy chatbot like today: making sure the bag gets passed along.

I’m not going to take the time to read the article but a $730 billion company issuing equity worth 16.7% of its pre-money valuation with plans to go public shortly is a red flag on its own.

Guys this random username that’s a year old knows the bubble is going to be epic

    7. Who still uses that? It’s so 2024.
Ofcourse this valuation is for the upcoming IPO, also known as a reverse Robin Hood: Taking from the masses to fund the rich who want out of their PE investment at x100 profits

From private non-profit –> private for-profit –> biggest IPO in history
Can’t make this shii up anymore.

This and SpaceX are the most overvalued IPOs of all time. Nothing justifies a $1 trillion valuation for their companies at all. You’re telling me that they churn profit out like Google, Microsoft, Apple and Nvidia?

      Fuck off.

I am just salty I missed out on all the upside and have to come in at an overvalued price.

    11. Isnt there revenue only 25 billion on an annualized rate? So not even 25 billion a year lol. Nothing like a 30+ p/s and negative p/e haha this is going to be the most epic dumpster fire of all time when they file their s-1
