Are there legal ways to use European crypto exchanges such as mexc etc. from the USA as a permanent resident. What is the general risk of using offshore exchanges from the USA, aside from the risk of being blocked by the exchange itself. Want to start arbitrage CEX-DEX or CEX-CEX but unfortunally there are no good exchanges in the US that can provide that opportunities. How can I stay compliant while trading offshore?
