Working on a resource to help local investors find more off-market deals. I think I have all the other channels covered (i.e., direct mail, agents, PPC) but I'd love to get feedback on tools like Propstream, DealMachine, BatchLeads and REsimpli.
What platforms do you like for finding off-market deals?

Been using BatchLeads for about 8 months now and it’s solid for list building but their skip tracing can be hit or miss. DealMachine is decent if you’re doing a lot of driving for dollars – the mobile app makes it stupid easy to add properties on the fly
PropStream has way more data points which is nice for filtering but honestly their interface feels like it’s from 2015. REsimpli seems more geared toward bigger operations, might be overkill depending on your volume
What’s your current deal flow looking like? Might help narrow down which direction makes sense
