Got magnus delivered 2 days back, with accor gone should I even bother to activate it?

Was planning a car purchase and got a magnus standard for that. With accor gone what should be my strategy now? What other card you suggest? Does JAL on magnus makes sense?

If somehow i dont activate my magnus before 30 days it auto cancels. Would they apply joining fee in that case as well?
